SD-card add-on

Add local RTSP video, ONVIF access and motor controls to the supported Xiaomi Mijia 360 camera.

How to get started

Check the installed firmware first. On the required build, copy the release’s SD-card files to a card and boot the camera with it.

Setup
Firmware-specific SD-card add-on
You’ll need
MJSXJ05CM on firmware 3.5.1_0052 and matching SD files; newer firmware may block the prerequisite downgrade.
Required manufacturer firmware
3.5.1_0052
Setup
The exploit requires original firmware 3.5.1_0052.
Limitations
The documented SD-card downgrade route no longer works with newer firmware; a hardware programmer may be needed. The installer changes the persistent data partition and removes some vendor services; its added binaries still run from SD. Removing the card is not documented as restoring the original system.

Partial support documented

Add local access to listed Xiaomi 360 cameras. RTSP and other features depend on the exact model.

How to get started

Open the camera, connect a USB-to-serial adapter and flash the root filesystem matched to its model and internal type. Additional camera tools are placed on an SD card.

Setup
Serial flash of modified root filesystem plus SD-card tools
You’ll need
Exact model and internal IPC type, camera disassembly, USB-to-serial adapter and SD card.
Setup
Open the camera and connect its UART serial interface; flash the model-specific root filesystem.
Limitations
Features differ by model. Blank upstream feature cells mean undocumented, not confirmed unsupported.
